Credit Card payment subject to 3% surcharge Pool heat is charged at an additional £15 - £25 ($25 - $35) per night if required. For stays of less than 7 nights an additional £40 ($65) cleaning charge applies. To reserve the villa a 20% deposit is required with the balance due 60 days before occupation. Our onsite management company take a $500 credit card security deposit on arrival, although no charges are made to the credit card unless damage is incurred.
