Bookings confirmed 26 weeks prior to arrival will attract a 10% discount on the published rates!

 

Deposit must be received funds cleared 26 weeks prior to arrival for this discount to apply.

 

Bookings confirmed between 13 and 26 weeks prior to arrival will attract a 5% discount on the published rates!

 

 

Loyalty Discount

 

We know that you will really enjoy staying at our house, and will appreciate the location and facilities of Emerald Island.

 

As a "Thankyou" for booking with us for subsequent visits we offer an additional discount for repeat bookings.  The current discount rate is 5% of net price of the rental.

 

Long Stay Discount

 

For bookings of over 15 nights we offer a Free Nights Program - if you have a longer booking than 15 nights, complete the Enquiry Form  for further details of this Program

 

Referral Program

 

Existing Clients who refer new clients to us will benefit from our Referrals Program.

 

Ensure that any referrals you give mention your name when booking, and you will receive Marks and Spencer vouchers in the UK or Wal-Mart vouchers in the US as soon as the new client arrives at the villa.
